Direct patient care comes first, and then the patient's personal environment.
Light Housekeeping
This includes dishes, vacuum, damp mop, laundry, bed making & changing, sitting out trash, wiping off counter tops and appliances, and dusting.
Registered Nurse
To complete 90 day summaries or to fill a pill box weekly.
Training
Teaching safety measures, household routines, and skills to appropriate family members
Bathing
Bathing, grooming, and personal hygiene needs
Ambulation / Exercises
Assisting with ambulation in and out of the home &
Assisting with prescribed exercises as ordered by your therapist
Grocery Shopping
Grocery shopping during regularly scheduled hours
Transportation
Transporting patient, or family, safely in their vehicles as allowable by payer.
Personal Care
Grooming and personal hygiene needs.
Meal Preparation
Preparing meals and feeding patients when necessary
Our Responsibilities
