There are several types of payment options that we accept.

PDA Waiver
This is where you would physically and financially qualify for Medicaid. (click here for more information from Southwestern Pennsylvania Area Agency on Aging, Inc.)

Private Insurance
This is where you pay TOHC after receiving services and your insurance reimburses you for your expenses

Veteran's Affairs
This is where you would physically qualify for benefits under the Veteran's Administration for home and community based services

Private Pay
This is where you pay TOHC after receiving services.
Payments for services are to be paid weekly on Fridays and a receipt will be provided.  A 10% service fee for every seven days of past due amounts will be accessed.

Home Health Aide:
(6 hour minimum or two 4 hour split shifts within the same day)
Light housekeeping for the patient only includes:
dishes, vacuum, damp mop, laundry, bed-making and changing, sitting out trash, wiping off counter top and appliances, and dusting. (Direct patient care comes first, and then the patient's personal environment.) We cannot clean on our hands and knees, stand on anything to clean or move any heavy furniture.

Additional charge may be included for distance > 20 miles, feeding tubes, ostomy care, wound care, blood sugar testing, or any other care involving extensive teaching.

Home Health Aide Bath Only
$75.00 flat rate (2 hour maximum)
This 2 hour shift must be flexible to accommodate the Twin Oaks Home Care, Inc. Schedule.

Registered Nurse (RN)
$100.00 for the initial assessment of all services.

Registered Nurse (RN):
$100.00 each visit to fill pill box weekly
